When the original UPS failed, the new IT support company procured and installed a replacement. Up until that point, the wall-mount rack had been neatly closed, with all cables properly entering via the grommeted openings.
They obviously didn’t confirm that the depth of the new UPS was suitable for the rack, and left the installation in this state.
Subsequent cabling descended into chaos.
